History
Harris County Water Control & Improvement District No. 133 (the “District”) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas located in Harris County, Texas. The District consists of approximately 488.802 acres. The District is located immediately west of North Houston-Rosslyn Road south of its intersection with Tomball Parkway (SH 249), and is bounded on the north by Hollister Drive. The District lies entirely within Harris County and within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Houston. As of July 31, 2019, the District had 1,855 metered water and sewer connections.
